Joe graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside and holds a bachelor’s of science degree in Business Management with an emphasis on Finance. He later earned his MBA from the same school. Joe previously served as a Board Member and Investment Committee Chairman for the University of Wisconsin - Parkside Foundation. He also previously served as Chairman of the Board for Downtown Racine Corporation, Treasurer for Young Aviators and Board Member for the United Way of Racine County Emergent Leaders.
Joe and his wife, Jen, have two daughters, Norah and Teagan, as well as two dogs named Darby and Doug.
When not working, Joe is most likely spending time with his family, exercising and working on projects around the house. Some of his favorite hobbies include cooking, playing tennis & hockey and watching movies.
